I am a chiropractic physician with a background in exercise science, nutrition, and evidence-based care. My goal is to help you return to the activities that matter most, whether that’s running a marathon, picking up your kids, or moving through daily life with confidence.
Coming from a family of chiropractors, I saw early on the impact thoughtful, movement-focused care can have on people’s lives. I earned bachelor’s degrees in Biobehavioral Health and Nutritional Sciences from Penn State University before completing my Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Palmer College of Chiropractic. I later became verified in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT) through the McKenzie Institute, further shaping my approach to personalized, evidence-based care.
My treatment approach combines chiropractic care, including spinal manipulation (adjustments), exercise-based rehabilitation, and MDT. I focus on helping patients understand their condition, restore function, and build resilience through movement and progressive exercise, not just short-term relief.
I work with a wide range of patients, from athletes and active individuals to desk workers and those dealing with persistent pain. I believe the best care comes from clear communication, realistic expectations, and a partnership between provider and patient.
Outside the clinic, I enjoy staying active through running along the lakefront, weightlifting, bouldering, and pickleball. I also enjoy puzzles and games of all kinds, from board games and video games to escape rooms and other hands-on challenges.
